1Who We Are
Road Forge Crew is developed and published by Ridgetop Energy, LLC. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at jackiek@ridgetopenergy.it.com.
2Information We Collect
The Game is designed to be played without creating an account. Depending on how you use it, we may handle:
- Game progress & settings — your levels, crew upgrades, resources and preferences, stored on your device to save your progress.
- Device & technical data — device model, operating system version, language, and anonymous app identifiers used for stability and performance.
- Diagnostic & crash data — anonymized logs that help us find and fix bugs.
- Support correspondence — if you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
We do not ask for your real name, phone number, or precise location, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
3How We Use Information
- To operate, save, and restore your game progress.
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve gameplay and performance.
- To respond to your support requests and feedback.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
4Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party services (such as app store platforms, analytics, and crash-reporting providers) that process limited technical data on our behalf. These providers are bound to use the data only to deliver their services. Your use of the Game through the Apple App Store or Google Play is also subject to those platforms' own privacy policies.
5Data Storage & Retention
Game progress is primarily stored locally on your device. Diagnostic and technical data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Uninstalling the Game removes locally stored data from your device.
6Your Choices & Rights
- You can reset your local game data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the Game.
- You may manage analytics and advertising identifiers in your device's system settings.
- Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold — contact us to make a request.
7Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
8Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
